Every milestone arrives with photos, documents and a written update. Message the provider in-thread; nothing happens off-platform.
When you're happy, approve completion. Paystack transfers the approved funds, our commission is deducted, and the balance lands in the provider's Nigerian bank account. Leave a review.
If something is off, raise a dispute. Our team reviews evidence on both sides and decides — refund, release, or partial.
Paystack collects project payments securely. My Diaspora Bridge tracks the funded balance until you approve the agreed work, then instructs Paystack to pay your provider's Nigerian bank account. This is a platform-managed payment hold, not an independent regulated escrow account. Your card details are handled by Paystack, not stored by us.
